Scope
This policy covers purchases you make directly from TimeMastery Ltd for:
- Personalized time-planning services (e.g., custom routine maps, 1:1 sessions).
- Digital materials (e.g., templates, guides, checklists) delivered electronically.
Cooling-off for digital content (UK/EU consumers)
If you are a UK/EU consumer, you generally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content, this right ends once download or delivery starts with your consent. If you request immediate access or delivery and we begin fulfillment, you acknowledge the cooling-off right is waived for that item.
Personalized services
- If you cancel before we start work, we will refund 100%.
- If you are not satisfied with the initial deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer one revision. If you still aren’t satisfied after the revision, we will refund 100% of the service fee.
- Sessions missed without at least 24 hours’ notice may be ineligible for refund.
Digital downloads and templates
- If you have not accessed or downloaded the files, you may request a refund within 14 days.
- After download/access begins, refunds are generally not available. If the files are defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund.
Bundles and promotions
For bundles, partial refunds are calculated by subtracting the current standalone price of items you keep from the amount you paid. Promotional or bonus items may be deducted at their fair value if kept.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from your purchase email.
- Include your name, order reference, purchase date, and brief reason.
- For digital issues, attach a screenshot or description of the problem.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timelines vary). We will notify you when processed.
Non-refundable items
- Completed services where the 7-day feedback window has passed.
- Digital content after access/download has started, unless defective.
- Third-party fees we do not control (e.g., bank currency fees).
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, please also contact us so we can help resolve it quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may delay resolution.
